Returns initiated after 7 days will NOT be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

Graceify pays return shipping for manufacturing defects, damaged items, and wrong size/item delivery.

Customer pays return shipping for other reasons or change of mind.

Use a tracked courier service and keep tracking receipt.

8. Inspection & Resolution

Upon receipt, we inspect your item within 3-5 business days. If approved, you can choose:

Exchange for different size/color
Exchange for a different item
Refund to the original online payment method
Store Credit (valid for 12 months)

Approved online refunds are normally initiated within 5-7 business days after inspection. Bank/payment gateway settlement time may vary.

9. Damaged Items

Do NOT wash or wear the item. Report within 24 hours on WhatsApp: 9559447943. We send a free replacement immediately.

10. Wrong Size or Item Delivered

Report within 2 days of delivery with photos.

11. Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 12 months. Usable on website and WhatsApp purchases. Non-transferable and non-refundable.

12. Special Cases

Custom/made-to-order items and clearance/final sale items are non-returnable.
