3. Products & Services

Product Accuracy: Colors may vary by screen, images are illustrative, measurements approximate, product updates may happen without notice.

Availability: Subject to stock, quantity limits may apply, products may be discontinued, no guaranteed availability.

Pricing: INR pricing, subject to change, taxes as applicable, pricing errors may be corrected.

4. Ordering

Orders can be placed via website, WhatsApp (9559447943), Instagram DM, and store visit.

Website orders are confirmed after successful online payment. We may cancel orders at discretion if product availability, address, payment, or verification issues occur.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: Razorpay secure checkout including UPI, cards, netbanking, and supported wallets.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available on the website checkout. Please review the final payable amount before completing payment.

All online payments are encrypted through Razorpay and we do not store card details.

6. Delivery Terms

We ship across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the destination PIN code.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to courier, weather, festivals, or incorrect address details may occur.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days for defects, damage, wrong size/item, or approved return requests as per our Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on eligibility and customer preference.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, images, videos, and descriptions are exclusive property of Graceify Fashion.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or exact color replication across devices.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect/consequential losses, external delivery delays, force majeure events. Maximum liability limited to order value.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Graceify Fashion and team from claims/losses arising from misuse, policy violations, false info, or fraudulent activity.

13. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Applicable Acts include IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Indian Contract Act 1872.

14. Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Contact us (WhatsApp/Email). Step 2: Formal grievance complaint. Step 3: Legal resolution in Varanasi courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify terms anytime. Updates are posted on website and effective from posting date.
