Option 1: Delete inside the app (fastest)
- Open the Graceify app and log in.
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 3: Request deletion (if you cannot log in)
Enter the mobile number used on your account. We verify your identity (by WhatsApp / call on that number) and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email and login (the account becomes an anonymous "Deleted user")
- Saved addresses that are not part of an order
- Wishlist, cart, reviews, video likes/comments and app login sessions
- OTP login records for your number
What we must keep, and for how long
- Order, payment and invoice records, including the delivery name and address printed on an invoice, as required by Indian tax (GST) and accounting law. Kept for up to 6 years, then erased. They are no longer linked to your profile.
- Payment details are held by Razorpay under its own policy; we never store card or UPI credentials.
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
