This Privacy Policy describes how Graceify Fashion ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website, WhatsApp, or any of our services.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account & contact: Full name, mobile number (used for OTP login), email address (optional), WhatsApp number.

Delivery & order: Delivery address, city, state, PIN code, products ordered, order history, payment status and method (UPI/card/netbanking). We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login: payments are processed by Razorpay.

App & device usage: Pages/screens viewed, products viewed, add-to-cart, wishlist, search terms, an app-install identifier and push-notification token, IP address, device type and browser/app version. This is used for analytics, fraud prevention and advertising measurement.

Support chat & exchange requests: messages you send in the app's Help chat (our support team sees them together with your name, mobile number and order details so they can help you), and, for an exchange request, the reason, description and the photos you choose to attach.

Not collected: We do not access your contacts, SMS, microphone or precise location. The app uses your camera or photo gallery only when you choose to attach photos to an exchange request, and only the photos you pick are uploaded.

2. How We Collect Information

3. How We Use Your Information

Customer Support: Answer your questions in the Help chat, and review exchange requests and the photos you attach.

Order Processing: Process/confirm orders, arrange delivery, share tracking updates, handle returns/exchanges, provide support.

Communication: New collection updates, offers/promotions, order status, query responses.

Business Improvement: Understand preferences, improve products/services, analyze website performance, personalize shopping.

4. WhatsApp Data

We use WhatsApp Business API for communication. By messaging us, your number may be saved for order updates and promotions. You can opt out by replying “STOP”.

We do NOT share your WhatsApp number with third parties.

5. Information Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with the providers that help us run the store:

• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Courier / Shiprocket: your name, phone and delivery address for delivery.
• MsgSetu / WhatsApp Business and SMS providers: OTP and order-status messages to your number.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API: to measure traffic and which ads lead to orders. They receive events such as product viewed, added to cart and purchase (order value, product IDs). For purchases we may send a one-way hashed (SHA-256) form of your phone/email so the platform can match the sale to an ad; we do not send your name or address.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: to send you order updates and offers as push notifications. It receives a device notification token. You can turn notifications off anytime in your phone settings.
• Hosting and email providers: to store data and send order emails.

We may also disclose data when required by law. You can control ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.

6. Data Security

No system is 100% secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies to remember preferences, improve performance, analyze traffic, and personalize your experience. You can control cookies in your browser.

8. Your Rights & Account Deletion

• Access and correct your data
• Delete your account and data: in the app go to Account → Delete account, or on the website My Account → Delete account, or use graceify.in/delete-account
• Opt out of promotions and withdraw consent

9. Data Retention

Account data: until you delete the account. Order, payment and invoice records (including the delivery name/address on the invoice): up to 6 years, as required by GST and accounting law, after which they are erased; once you delete your account they are no longer linked to a profile. OTP logs: short-term, for security. Support chat messages and exchange-request photos: until you delete your account, then erased. WhatsApp messages: until a deletion request. Analytics data: according to Google/Meta retention settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Third Party Links

Our site may link to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and payment gateways. Please review their privacy policies independently.

12. Marketing Communications

We may send collection updates, offers, and order notifications. Opt-out anytime: WhatsApp “STOP”, email unsubscribe, or call 9559447943.

13. Changes To Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
