Delivery Coverage

Graceify Fashion ships across India through courier and logistics partners. Delivery service depends on the destination PIN code and courier availability.

Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after successful payment.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• During festivals, sales, or courier disruptions, dispatch may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Varanasi/local: usually 1-2 business days after dispatch.
• Major cities: usually 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Remote locations: usually 5-7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, incorrect address, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before payment on checkout. The final payable amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged to the customer.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking updates are shared with you on WhatsApp and in the app under My Orders, when available from the courier partner.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete delivery address with correct PIN code and phone number. Graceify Fashion is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Missing Delivery

If the package arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, raise an exchange request from My Orders in the app (or the website) with the reason and clear photos of the item, within the exchange window shown for that product. Please see our Exchange Policy for how exchanges work. We do not offer refunds. You can also message us in the Help chat in the app.
